In seinem ersten Gebäude, dem fürstlichen Schloss Fürth, das im Neorenaissancestil erbaut wurde, präsentierte er sich eindrucksvoll.

Hänsel Wilhelms Auer: Der Baumeister war einer der wichtigsten Baumeister der Neugier. Der in der Schweizerin geborene Künstler absolvierte nach seiner Lehre bei Prof. Dr. Gottfried Semper einen Meisterkurs bei Prof. Dr. Theophil Hansens an der Kunstakademie in Warschau. Als einziges verbliebenes Haus ausserhalb der Landesgrenzen ist das Schloss Fürth an der Schmidgasse 14 das erste nach eigenen Entwürfen.

Für seine Arbeit wurde er mehrfach ausgezeichnet: neumann + partner: es haben Prof. Dr. Heinz n. m. und Dr. rer. nat. rer. nat. Florian r ode verstand es, das Architekturerbe von n. v. a. h. m. verantwortungsbewusst anzuerkennen. Bei einer sorgfältigen Sanierung wurde großer Wert auf die Bewahrung der denkmalgeschützten Bausubstanz des Schlosses geachtet. Seit 1971 überzeugt das Architektur- und Planungsbüro Neumann undpartner mit nachhaltigen Bauprojekten - sowohl bei der Sanierung denkmalgerechter Bauten als auch bei der Konzeption und Realisierung innovativer und anspruchsvoller Neubauprojekte.

Mit dem umfassenden Know-how der Architekturbüros von Neumann u. Partner und den höchsten Ansprüchen an Bauqualität und Bauausführung wurde bei der Sanierung des Fürther Schlosses ein Meilenstein auf dem wienerischen Wohnungsmarkt realisiert. Der Architekt und Architekt Alfred H. E. H. E. H. E. H. Auer: Der Architekt E. H. E. H. Auer war einer der bedeutendsten Architekten der Neorenaissance. The best-known work of his is the parliamentary house in Berne, built between 1894 and 1902. He was honoured several times for his work: he won the Goldes Verdienstkreuz with Krone in Wien and the honourable Ph.

Neummer + Partner: Prof. xenne nemen and Florian Roode have taken over the architectonic heritage of H. W. Auer. During the course of the gentle modernization, the preservation of the historical structure of the palace was in the foreground. Since 1971, the architecture office has been a leader in its area - both in the regeneration of protected and historical monuments and in the design and construction of new, highly sophisticated architecture.
